Digital Product License
All digital products (including PDFs, audio files, worksheets, and kits) are for personal use only unless otherwise stated.
That means:
You may download, print, and use the materials for your own personal development
You may not share, resell, publish, post, or distribute any content for commercial or group use- You may not modify or rebrand the materials and present them as your own
Print Products
Your purchase of a printed workbook does not grant digital or reproduction rights beyond personal use. You may not scan, photocopy, or distribute pages for others (yes, even if your friend “really needs it too”).
Misuse
Using Balanced By Design materials in a way that violates copyright, dilutes our brand, or exploits our intellectual property is not cool — and also not legal.
We reserve the right to deny access to future products or community features to anyone misusing our content.
User Responsibility
We provide brain-based, mindfulness-informed tools for self-awareness and personal growth. These are not therapy, medical advice, or crisis tools.
You’re responsible for how you use the materials — and we always recommend using them alongside your own wisdom and, if needed, professional guidance.
